Due Monday 4/20/2020
Students will submit their 2 body paragraphs for the task outlined in Google Classroom regarding Lyddie signing the petition. Information on drafting, revising, editing, and seeking peer support is all provided within the Google Classroom.
The 2 body paragraphs will be graded as an assessment using the rubric posted in Google Classroom, which is the same rubric that has been used for every short response completed this year.

Grading thus far...
Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing alright with all that is happening. I just want to let you all know that the grades in PupilPath may not be the way the grading ends up actually being. We are all still waiting for more guidelines from the city and/or state regarding the process during this time. I am currently entering grades based on what I receive in order to let everyone know what is in and what is missing. I want to let you know ahead of time that the numbers you see may change. But, it is accurate based on what has been completed and what has not been completed. Please make sure to stay in contact if you have any questions or concerns. I will do my best to help based on the information I have received thus far.
I can be reached via PupilPath email, DOE email (ckeiken@schools.nyc.gov), and via Google Classroom (ckeiken@armstrong227q.com).

Remote Learning begins Monday 3/23 Good luck to us all!!
Hi everyone!
From the information that has been shared with me thus far, we are all to follow our regular school schedule. What that ends up meaning is that each class will go "live" during the period that it is taught by the teacher. For example, on Mondays, I teach 702/237 2nd period. So, on Monday, during second period, classwork and discussion for ELA will be going on at that time. The comments will open or become live and we can get our work done and discuss the ideas and questions together.
I know that with everything going on in the world, there will be some bumps in the road of this remote learning process. If you need me to know anything specific about your situation, feel free to contact me via google classroom, PupilPath, or Dept of Ed email.
I will do my best to keep you up-to-date on any information that I receive.
